Welcome to the blog for Connor and Jackson Baxter. I am creating this blog to help pass information for those of us that are already in love with these two little boys. What a beautiful family picture!!! The boys look great guys, and so do you two. Just a matter of time before this hospital visiting is a thing of the past.
Whay a great moment for you Dace, You guys make such a perfect looking family. Soon you will say good bye to the NICU and have your boys all to yourself. I am proud of you Dace. :o)
